Caerphilly Writing Squads
Caerphilly has two English language Writing Squads, and one Welsh language Squad and all three Squads meet three times a year. Kate Verity, Arts Development Officer for Caerphilly Council has recently taken over the organisation of the Squads and can be contacted on veritk@caerphilly.gov.uk
Recent Activities:
September 2009: Participation in event at the Senedd with National Poet Gillian Clarke, Robert Minhinnick and Ceri Wyn Jones to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the National Assembly (both Squads)
October 2009: Workshop with Kate Williams (English Squad)
