EXAMPLES OF WORK
Thumper Wilson
Thumper Wilson is Agatha Trunchbull adopted son. His full name is Timothy Alexander Wilson. He is mainly bald with a black Mohican haircut right in the middle of his head which makes him look like a sweeping brush. He has black, hard eyes and his ears are pierced. He used to have black curls and big blue eyes, but Miss Trunchbull soon sorted that. Thumper is afraid of a couple of things. He is afraid of spiders, snakes and beetles. You can always tell when he is afraid because he starts curling and flexing his fingers. He has also got a few nasty habits like picking his nose, biting his nails, picking his blisters and he never, ever has a bath or a shower.

A new episode for Matilda
Matilda and Miss Honey were sitting in their lounge,
They were chatting about the book that Matilda read the night before, when suddenly a knock came from the door. Matilda answered the door and who was standing there but Miss Trunchbull. Matilda screamed.
Miss Trunchbull looked more deadly than ever. She pushed Matilda out of the way and roared like a lion to what seemed to be the whole world.
She marched into the lounge and grabbed Miss Honey by the hair and threw her out of the window. Matilda rushed into the room, and stared at Miss Trunchbull. Matilda’s eyes began to tingle and invisible hands grabbed Miss Trunchbull and hurled her high into the sky has high as space.
Matilda hurried to the window to find that Miss Honey was not badly hurt.
Thank goodness, Matilda well done, we’ll never see her again
But will they? No one knows.

I’m in Love with Miss Trunchbull
I’m in love with Miss Trunchbull
I really think she’s great
Because she’s just like me
Its kids she loves to hate.
They pick their little noses
In classrooms everywhere
And keep dropping headlice
from their greasy little hair.
So together we skip happily
Children in despair
I want you for my tea tonight
I say this just to scare.
They always run away from me
They never understand
Cause when I’m with the Trunchbull
I scream out my commands.
Come here boy!
Sit down girl!
I scream and scream and bellow
But I don’t care one little bit
That I’m such a nasty fellow.
While gently holding hands
We bury kids in the ground
Then grab girls by their pigtails
And swing them round and round.
Yes I’m in love with Miss Trunchbull
We were meant to be together
Picking on little children
Forever and ever and ever.

The Moon
The moon has no gravity.
I bounce everywhere, tipping upside down.
I am a frog on the moon.
Lucy Hogden
The Moon
The moon isn't really a light,
it is a black dress twirling in town.
Autumn
Leaves fallen off trees,
there's a leaf carpet on the ground.
Putting my wellies on.
Laura
Autumn
Leaves are changing colours,
Quivering on their branches,
Before dancing to the ground.
Leaves shivering in the breeze,
Catching the autumn sun,
Until they build a blanket over the garden.
Laura-Jayne Parle
The Moon
The moon looks down on me like a guardian angel,
The moon is rolling around on my skin.
Autumn
The trees have taken off their golden dresses
And now they feel naked, almost shivering.
The squirrels are very hungry.
Seren
The Moon
Bats fly across the moon
Werewolves howl at the moon
Witches cackle
Vampires transform under the moonlight
Ghosts float around the house
The moon changes
The moon changes everything
Autumn
The smell of bacon as I fasten up my laces,
I run along the multicoloured road.
The sound of the young swallow calling for its mother.
Megan Smith
The Harvest Moon
Acorns leaving their Old Oak Mother,
Falling through the orange rays of the Harvest Moon.
The chicks leave the Nest,
Flying away to the orange moon.
Geraint
The Moon
A massive torch in the dark,
It calms me as it travels.
I reach to touch the moon,
I'm thinking cheese, it might be.
Autumn
The leaves say their last goodbye,
They land and dance to the sound of win.
Zarah
The Moon
Light casts a shadow over my house,
Floods through the window while eating,
Never in a BLUE MOON would I eat a sprout.
Autumn
Going conkering in the freezing cold,
Getting coats from the wardrobe.
Abbey Payne
The Moon
Trees wail, creak,
Leaves have left them.
Wind comforts saddened mothers.

The moon and stars
Shine bright in the sky
I want to pull them free

An old Lady straightens her pinafore.
Sophie Evans
The Moon
The girl turned her head
and the moon revealed her evil side.
She cupped the moon in
her hand then dived into a
Sea of Stars.
Suddenly, the moon let out
an almighty roar, stealing
the lion's pride.
Bethan Dacey
The Moon
The moon and stars shine bright as a light bulb,
It was like a ray of hope to me.
